Elections for the 2011-2012 term of offices will be conducted on February 26, 2011. Actual voting will take place between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM on that Saturday evening. Dance lessons will not be held that evening due to the elections. Join us at the Ball Room Dance Center, Evans, GA.
Please take an interest in the operation of "your organization" by running for one of the sixteen offices to be elected. See a member of the Nominating Committe if you're interested.
New members must have been on the membership roll and a member in good standing for a period of 60 calendar days prior to the announced date of the annual elections in the month of February of each year to be elgible to RUN for offices.
New members must have been on the membership roll and a member in good standing for a period of 30 calendar days prior to the announced date of the annual elections in the month of February of each year to be elgible to VOTE for offices
